Alpha Omega Publications® is pleased to announce the addition of Jon Ritchie to our team. Bringing more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience to the company, Jon will serve as director of school sales. Jon worked previously as director of sales with a Fortune 10 company and most recently spent nearly four years as vice president of sales for an international health care staffing company. He was raised in Muncie, Indiana, and is a graduate of Ball State University. He has lived in various cities across the country and currently resides with his wife and family in Nashville, Tennessee.

He is a dedicated Christian and has a heart for Christian schools, helping them grow and become better equipped to serve children and the community in advancing the purposes of God.  One of his recent employers was a company that assisted Christian schools and ministries nationwide in event fundraising. During this time, Jon consulted with and helped more than 100 Christian schools raise over $3.2 million, exceeding all their previous fundraising goals. His relationship with the schools brought positive change and enabled schools and children to benefit in many areas of their educational experience.

During his career, Jon has received many sales and achievement awards, along with promotions and advancement. Among them, he is most proud of the Principal's Award, presented to him by one of his Christian school clients, Tri-City Christian School. The award is given annually to one person who exemplifies passion to serve the students, staff, and parents of the school and gives glory to Jesus Christ. The award was given at an annual banquet to Jon for his role in helping the school raise $73,000, far exceeding the targeted goal of $40,000.

One of Jon's passions is to serve those who are less fortunate and struggling. He has accomplished this through volunteering and speaking during services at the Salvation Army and Nashville Rescue Mission. During this lay ministry time, Jon has been able to reach and pray for hundreds of homeless men over the past ten years, offering them the hope of Jesus Christ.

Jon has two elementary-aged children, and both have attended Christian school since their pre-school years. He has served in his local church and Christian school with passion and is thankful for the blessing of Christian education. His corporate background and Christian school fundraising experience will be very beneficial in helping him lead our school sales team.

Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established." Jon has committed his life to serving the Lord Jesus Christ. He looks forward to serving the Christian schools that Alpha Omega Publications is partnering with to provide Christian curriculum and support to the children of God.
