Alpha Omega Publications Return Policy

• All items must be returned in like-new condition (no marks, tears, erasures, missing pages, scratched CDs, etc.) within 60 days to receive a 100% refund. Software and media must be sealed in original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be charged for splitting a boxed set.
• All returns require an authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at 877.688.2652.
• An unauthorized refusal or return of an order without an authorization number is automatically assessed a $20 restocking fee.
• No refunds more than 60 days after the invoice date.
• After 60 days, customers can return product for merchandise credit. A $20 restocking fee will be charged to the account.
• No returns accepted after one year from the invoice date.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks during peak times) for return processing.
