To better serve you and our schools using Ignitia, Alpha Omega Publications has streamlined and simplified our current contract renewal process for the new year. This new process goes into effect immediately. The details can be summarized as follows:

• Schools up for renewal will be sent an invoice that references a Standard Terms & Conditions. There will no longer be a “back and forth” agreement process taking up your valuable time.

• Invoicing will address acceptance as agreement to the Terms & Conditions, as well as references to complete information and contacts for questions.

• Your educational consultant will check in with you to review your Ignitia usage and verify needs for your upcoming contract period similar to what currently occurs.

• The easy new invoicing process will accept payments via check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or a convenient 40% down and 60% due in 60 days payment plan option.
